Orders can take 2-6 business days to ship. NOT COUNTING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS
Once your order is ready to ship you’ll receive a tracking number via Email. Please know after it is shipped it can take additional 2-4 days to be delivered to you.
Before contacting us regarding your order please make sure 5 business days have passed. (Not including weekends). And make sure to check your email (including spam mail). For tracking number. Tracking numbers are sent automatically to the email you provide when you make a purchase. So please check your email for that tracking number.
We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen mail all orders are shipped with tracking number. To confirm it’s been delivered to you. It is out of our hands once it is shipped. This is why we provide tracking number that shows your order has been shipped. We will not refund if shows delivered.
You’re more than welcome to add a signature required to your purchase, which is available on website, this will require a signature when USPS makes delivery.
we are not responsible for returned mail due to wrong address submitted by customer, customer will have to pay shipping fee again to reship package. Therefore Please make sure your address is correct before competing purchase.
We are not responsible for any packages once they are dropped off at the post office. This includes lost or stolen packages. (Unfortunately No refunds
wewill be given).
You will have to contact your local post office and open a claim with them, as we have proof we shipped order.
If Any items that are shipped back to me due to the wrong address will be contacted and be invoiced for an additional shipping fee for re-shipment.
